All orders are received, fulfilled and shipped from Le Angelique head office in Los Angeles, California.

It typically takes 1 - 2 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse.

Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days within the USA.

Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We offer a number of shipping options that can be selected at checkout.

Because we ship directly from our head office in the United States, we are able to keep shipping times to a minimum and offer exceptional customer support in Pacific time.

We are happy to offer complimentary ground shipping on orders over $60.00 and a flat rate of $10.00 within the United States via USPS and UPS. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days from the time they are shipped. (these times may be slightly delayed during COVID).

For orders to Canada we offer discounted partner rates through USPS Priority Mail International and UPS® Standard Ground Shipping. Please see applicable rates at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS or DHL Express. Orders must be placed by 6 PM PST to start processing the same day. All orders received after 6 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for transit.

If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer no-hassle returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We ask that items be returned in original product packaging⁣ and have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  2. Print the shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Please have your order number and relevant contact information available so that we can provide you with the best solution as quickly as possible.

You can expect a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days from the time it is issued.
